Are you all about creating that pixel perfect experience for the users of digital products? You’re on the right spot then. Klika is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join us in creating amazing user experiences on different projects for an IoT product.
As Medior UX/UI Designer at Klika, you’ll be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences. Ultimately, you’ll create functional and appealing beautiful features that address our customer’s needs. You will use your creativity and eye for design – along with your technical knowledge – to develop great experiences. You’ll work with the visual designer, product manager, and our development team. Together you’ll deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products. In this role, you’ll have the privilege of being the voice of our customers. You’ll translate their needs into user-friendly designs. You will directly impact the customer’s user experience of our product.
Your role and responsibilities
So, what’s the product? We are talking about IoT devices and SmartApps that track your biometrics and help you stay active, healthy and well rested. You will be responsible for creating a beating heart for all the underlining code of these projects. Now let’s get into some details of your role. You will need to:
- Know how to gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Know how to Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Know how to distill simplicity from complex user requirements
- Know how to use the tools of the trade like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, Adobe Creative Suite and other Design Systems
- Have experience with user research and translating insights from research to your designs
- Have excellent communication skills both when interfacing with customers and when working with your team
- Be flexible and decisive, and to know how to focus on the customer’s needs
- Take on projects without much oversight
- Know how to define and prioritize problems to be tackled
About you
- 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
- Experience working with and delivering design systems
- Experience with Human Interface and Material Design Guidelines
- Good knowledge of responsive and interactive design with attention to details
- Strong communication skills and a team-building spirit
- Good time management skills
Nice to have
- Bonus, experience in motion design
- Exposure to Agile Methodologies (edited)
